Welcome to WarmWish. By placing an order in our store, you agree to the following terms.

WarmWish is an online store selling home decor and wellness products. These terms apply to all orders placed on our website.

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD), plus applicable taxes based on your province. We strive to describe our products accurately (photos, dimensions, colors), but slight variations may occur.

3. Orders and payment
Every order is confirmed by email after payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, stock shortage, or suspected fraud. If we cancel, you will be fully refunded.

4. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and fees are described in our Shipping Policy. Stated timeframes are estimates and may vary, especially during peak periods.

5. Returns and refunds
Our Refund Policy describes your rights: returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

6. Warranty and liability
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos: we will make it right at no cost when the error is ours. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the item concerned.

7. Use of the website
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to attempt to harm its operation or security.

The WarmWish name, along with the texts, images, and visuals on the site, are protected. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Montreal district, Quebec.

We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
